Great to meet you!

From the moment we begin working together, I invest in collaborating on a personalized therapeutic experience that allows clients to feel seen, understood, respected, and supported. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Music Therapist, and Gottman and Emotion-Focused trained couple's therapist with over seven years of experience, I've learned how valuable relationships are for growth and change, including the relationship with your therapist that I work hard to nurture.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling approach is humanistic, collaborative, and based on creative expression, acceptance, safety, and nonjudgment. I aim to provide clients with a safe and supportive space to cultivate positive change in their lives. Treatment Models used include Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Experience has taught that clients gain a safe space from feeling supported and understood to better prepare for life's stages, stressors, and struggles. Couples should expect to develop strategies to build stronger connections, overcome conflict, and gain insight into how their partner attaches to them, delving into deeper emotions. Additionally, adults and adolescents should expect to gain insight into their unique life challenges and build the confidence to grow and create a fulfilling life.
