Great to meet you!

Hi. I’m so happy you’re here. I’m Brittany and I’m passionate about working together to help you identify your needs and work through this increasingly complicated thing we call life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, inner turmoil, or struggling with the day to day life stressors, I am here to help. With over a decade of practice as a mental health therapist, I believe we can work collaboratively to help you reach your goals and improve your life.

I have spent the majority of my professional career working with families, children, and adolescents to navigate mental health needs including family relationship conflict, breaking generational cycles, anxiety, adhd, depression, ocd, anger outbursts, and educational barriers. I have been able to help parents navigate challenges related to having children with mental health needs and helping them to advocate for their children in the education system. I am passionate about helping people overcome barriers to their relationships, their education, and their life goals—which looks different for everyone. I am here to help support you as you navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I know therapy is not one size fit all and aim to tailor our sessions to your needs. I consider myself eclectic in nature, pulling strategies from various therapy modalities to meet you where you are and support you in your needs. I am here to help you feel safe, heard, and supported. Navigating the world and day to day stressors can be difficult to do alone. Once we decide to work together, my aim is to empower you to overcome obstacles, reach your goals, and build skills needed to feel your best. I hope to create a space where you feel safe, heard, respected, and where you are able to communicate openly. I will be here to help you identify your strengths and use them to improve your overall well-being throughout our journey together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, I will get to know you, your needs, your goals, and we will begin to form a plan on how we can move forward together. You can expect to feel comfortable, empowered, and confident in your ability to cope with life stressors when we work together.

Please reach out if my calendar doesn’t show availability currently that works for you, as I am frequently updating it as my availability changes and we may be able to find a time that works if we are a good fit! I look forward to hearing from you.
