Great to meet you!

Born and raised in the sunshine state Brittany attended Florida Gulf Coast University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Working at a crisis stabilization unit allowed her to work with people of all ages and symptoms from anxiety and depression to psychosis. One attribute often pointed out by patients is the ability to easily connect and feel understood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Brittany brings an energetic and empowering approach to treatment. She truly believes the power to change your life already lies within you and all you need is a little guidance and new tools to get the results that you desire. Brittany enjoys challenging patients to examine their view of themselves and where it comes from to allow them to shift how they think and speak to themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

A typical session will focus on lessening symptoms of anxiety, depression, learning new coping skills and mindfulness techniques and having a safe place to discuss anything you feel you need to work through.
