Great to meet you!
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado with a Master's in Social work from Walden University, and I'm also a veteran. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my professional training and personal experiences of navigating change, resilience, and identity.
In my work, I value authenticity and connection. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and honest -- I want you to feel truly heard, but I'll also gently challenge you to grow. Therapy with me isn't about just talking; it's about building real-world skills, trying them out, and adapting to change (and hopefully growth!) I bring in trauma-informed approaches, EMDR, attachment work, and coaching so that our sessions feel both supportive and practical.
I specialize in helping adults and couples who feel disconnected, stuck, confused, or unsure of how to communicate what they need or want. Many of my clients are navigating relationship stress (romantic, friendships, work relationships, etc.), trauma, parenting or step-parenting challenges, identity concerns, anxiety, or self-esteem struggles. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, inclusive, and welcome to anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and/or their relationships.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we all want to feel understood, seen, and connected. I'd be honored to support you in uncovering patterns that no longer serve you, strengthening your voice, and building more meaningful relationships -- with others and yourself.
