Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 15 years of experience supporting teens, adults, and families. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. Using a blend of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and strengths-based approaches, I provide a safe, welcoming space to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. If you’re unable to schedule a session through this platform, please email me directly at [email protected], and I will get you scheduled as soon as possible. Please note that Headway may not always reflect my most current availability.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about working at the intersection of culture, spirituality, and mental health. I have a deeply personal and professional commitment to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals who have experienced marginalization or harm from traditional religious or societal structures. My areas of focus include women’s issues, life transitions, spirituality, and the journey of religious trauma recovery, deconstruction, and reconstruction. I also find great fulfillment in helping clients navigate grief, substance use and recovery, Adult Children of Alcoholics/Addicts (ACOA) concerns, family of origin dynamics, anxiety, and depression.

What you can expect from me

Healing is a vulnerable and often non-linear process. I strive to provide a warm and non-judgmental space for personal growth and exploration. Depending on the day, we may focus on challenges arising in the present moment or maybe patterns established long ago in your past. Everything is relevant. I welcome all of you! I deeply admire the courage it takes to seek counseling, and I honor the strength it requires to take that first step toward healing and growth. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your life experiences and challenges without fear of judgment. My goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles by offering a personalized approach designed to support your unique needs, enhance your well-being, and help you achieve your goals. I will meet you exactly where you are, and together we will uncover your strengths, break free from old patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and build resilience to navigate life’s stressors with confidence.
