Great to meet you!

Welcome! Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, family stress, or life transitions on your own. I work with adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns and major life changes. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we'll create a supportive space where you can explore what's contributing to your challenges, better understand your thoughts and emotions, and develop meaningful strategies for change. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and build the confidence needed to navigate life's difficulties while creating healthier relationships with yourself and others. Let's get started!

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical tools that help create lasting change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Strength-Based Therapy interventions to meet clients where they are and support their goals. In our sessions, we'll work together to identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, relationship concerns, bipolar disorder or communication difficulties therapy is designed to help you better understand yourself while building practical strategies that support long-term growth and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about their experiences while also feeling challenged to grow. Together, we'll focus on creating goals that are realistic, measurable, and meaningful to your life. Through our work, you may develop greater confidence, healthier coping skills, stronger communication, improved emotional balance, and more fulfilling relationships. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more equipped to handle life's challenges, trust yourself more fully, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
