Great to meet you!

Life can feel like it’s more difficult than it needs to be. Whether you’re a child, teen, or young adult, it’s normal to hit a point where things don’t feel right. Maybe you’re dealing with big emotions, feeling stuck, or just unsure of who you are and where you’re headed. What you need now is change. You deserve a chance to feel more confident, more grounded, and more connected to yourself. I’m here to help you or your loved one uncover what’s getting in the way of feeling your best and to support you in making lasting changes. We’ll break down old patterns and work toward building a life that feels healthier and more aligned.

My approach to therapy

I offer an approach that’s all about you. Whether it’s through talking, creative expression, or other tools, we’ll find the way that works best for you. Our time together will be spent in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and grow. Let’s work together to reconnect with your strength, build your confidence, and help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will focus on connection, clarity, and comfort. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. My goal is to understand where you are at now, where you came from, and where you would like to go. We will start by breaking the ice and getting comfortable with one another. We'll review any intake details, discuss how we will work together, and ensure you feel safe and settled into the space before we jump in.
