Hi! I'm Brittany Warren, an LCPC from Southern Illinois. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years. During this time I worked with all age groups, doing individual therapy and crisis response. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD. I enjoy outdoor activities and gardening and like to take a person-centered approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I prefer use of evidence based practices such as CBT, motivational interviewing, with a solution focused approach that is person-centered.

With each client session I like to give client the opportunity to share their lived experiences and reflect on their struggles while providing them specific tools and strategies to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
