Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Brittany and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I love working with new and expecting mothers, as I'm a parent myself and can empathize with the beauty and challenges of motherhood. While parenting can be fun and exciting, it can also be lonely and isolating trying to navigate the new parts of your identity. That's where therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, your happiness, and your family!

A bit about my approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is super important to me because you're entrusting me with your innermost thoughts and feelings, and that is a privilege. I am open to hearing your story at your pace, because your comfort and trust is my top priority.

What you can expect from our first session

During our sessions, we can talk about anything that crosses your mind. From day-to-day stressors to past troubles and beyond. We will also work towards your goals, whether that's improving your mental health or challenging invasive negative thoughts. Ultimately, the session is yours and I will be alongside your recovery journey.
