Do relationships seem impossible to navigate in a healthy way? When this happens, we can feel unlovable, broken, alone, and unable to heal and move forward. Whether relationships have always felt difficult or you are experiencing a difficult relationship for the first time, we will work together to understand your past, current relationship patterns, and how to make changes towards healthy relationships.

Relationship issues come in many forms. I specialize in divorce/break-ups, dating/online dating, trauma, sexual functioning, and the accompanying anxiety and depression that often results from these difficulties. Together we will work towards relationships that feel connected, intimate, and safe.
