Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), who works with children, adolescents, and adults to navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and meaningful way. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what’s on your mind.

I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, ADHD, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for personal growth, I work collaboratively with you to better understand your experiences and build tools for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals, blending practical strategies with deeper self-exploration.

I also bring creativity into the therapeutic process, which can be especially helpful for children, adolescents, or anyone who finds it easier to express themselves in non-traditional ways. Clients often describe my style as empathetic and supportive, while still helping them stay focused on growth and progress.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll discuss your current concerns, explore what you’d like to gain from therapy, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
