About Me

What should your client know about you?

I graduated from the University of North Texas and I majored in business administration. I worked in corporate America and found myself in the field of education which lead me to pursue a degree in counseling from Capella University. I have been fortunate to work with children, adolescents, and adults from many different backgrounds to overcome life's challenges.

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach in working with all clients is the ability to listen to understand your needs and directly help you develop a solution that empowers you to take control of your life and future. I utilize cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, gestalt, and person-centered modalities in a variety of ways.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A client will walk away from sessions with a feeling of I can do this attitude and with a plan of action in place in order to dive in and go to the next level.
