Great to meet you!

You're the high achiever, but lately you're not sure how much longer you can keep it all together. You're doing everything "right" but are still feeling anxious, disconnected or on edge. You might be navigating college, launching your career, or managing the weight of high expectations. Nobody told you how hard this part was. You want a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or be the strong one. You're ready to stop over apologizing, over thinking texts, and replaying conversations. Therapy feels intimidating, but so does white knuckling your next week. Welcome to my practice.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and trust allowing you to find room to exhale and safely navigate all that you are carrying. I specialize in treating young adults, and whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or life transitions-I'm here to help you explore what is going on beneath the surface.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together we'll begin creating a treatment plan to help you feel your best so you can start to feel more grounded and balanced. You can also visit my website at brittlynfostertherapy.com
