EMDR offers a gentle and effective way to find relief from emotional distress and physical symptoms without needing to delve into every detail of your past. This approach can bring about positive changes much faster than tradition talk therapy alone.
In our first session, I focus on getting to know you and helping you feel as comfortable as possible. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy so I can understand your story, often through a timeline of your life. This helps me get a full picture so we can move forward in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you.
