Great to meet you!

I was born in Wyoming and raised in Colorado. I attended The University of Northern Colorado for my undergraduate degree in Psychology and then I completed my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

I have certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy.

My approach to therapy

Life comes with challenges and I believe you should not have to walk through them alone. You are the expert in your own life and my role as your therapist is to help facilitate the changes you want to make. My desire is to provide a safe space for clients to heal past trauma, share vulnerable emotional experiences, and identify barriers to their success. I am passionate about the work I do to help individuals, couples, and families create the lives they desire.

What you can expect from me

My mission is to strengthen the relationships that you have with your partners, friends, family, and the one you have with yourself. Therapy will increase your awareness of individual and relational components that impact your life. Together we will create goals to improve your emotional and mental well-being so you can have the life you deserve.

My client-centered, trauma-informed approach incorporates your strengths, resources, and hopes for the future to help heal the past.
