Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with a decade of experience in treating children, couples, families, and adults. I hold a Doctorate (Psy.D) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from The Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy, and a Master’s degree in Addiction Studies from The Hazelden Betty Ford School of Addiction Studies.

My clinical journey has been shaped by diverse and enriching experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I employ a holistic and multifaceted approach to therapy, recognizing the unique needs of each individual. My goal is to provide compassionate and effective treatment, helping my clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals. I primarily treat anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, childhood concerns, and personality concerns, but if this doesn't describe you reach out and we can see if it is a fit.

What you can expect from our first session

Life is full of moments both fulfilling and challenging. As humans we go through a variety of emotions. It takes bravery and courage to reach out to begin to understand and work through them. This courage inspired the name of my practice, Encourage Growth Psychology.

When you are in session with me, I will provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. You can expect to be met with acceptance, empathy, care, and unconditional positive regard, no matter what walk of life you have come from.
