Great to meet you!

If you are struggling to find the drive, show up at your best and keep up with life's demands, therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reconnect and realign with what matters most to you. Sometimes we feel stuck, overwhelmed, burned out seeking deeper meaning, but do not want to burden our loved ones. I want you to know you are not alone.

As a former classroom educator, collegiate athlete and professional martial artist, I've spent much of my life learning how discipline, mindset, emotional resilience intersect. My approach is supportive and collaborative, creating structure with warmth, facilitating curiosity with intention, and challenge with compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my clinical practice, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology. I have experience supporting individuals managing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, identity exploration, PTSD, relationship issues, and eating disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, we can overcome performance blocks, navigate life transitions, explore identity and set values-driven goals. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing or a renewed sense of direction, I aim to meet you with presence, perspective and with practical support that moves with you at your pace, in your way.
