Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brittney! I'd like to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through life’s challenges. I am licensed in Georgia with 9 years of professional work experience.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, creating a safe space and meeting you where you are. I use evidence-based tools like CBT and mindfulness to help you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes. I have a strong background in working with individuals in recovery, as well as those navigating anxiety/depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about creating comfortable space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what’s feeling challenging, and what you’d like to be different. Together we’ll start identifying goals and what you want to get out of therapy. You can expect me to be supportive, easy to talk to, and focused on helping you feel at ease.
