Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist, supervisor/mentor, and practice owner with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My strongest desire is to support the unburdening of people from external & internal barriers and foster liberation through one being their most authentic Self. I have experience helping people build healthy self and relational attunement through individual therapy, group facilitation, systems work, and generational healing.

My approach to therapy

At its best, therapy utilizes collaboration and safety, meaning the client has a right to be both a consenting recipient and an active participant within the therapeutic relationship. Mental health services belong to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic background, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity. Everyone and anyone can benefit from being authentically seen and heard.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about combining inclusive, culturally responsive/affirming, emotionally focused, and body-centered practices. Though traditional forms of treatment only consider symptoms or individual pathology, I can shift the needed focus on the systems which also impact one’s wellness.
