Brittney Jones

Hi! My name is Brittney and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Akron. My background in child welfare, independent living services, and mental health has given me extensive experience working with both teens and adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional instability. I’ve supported individuals through some of the most difficult and overwhelming periods of their lives, helping them build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, and create more stability in their relationships and daily functioning.

My approach is supportive and strengths based. I focus on creating a comfortable and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe exploring their experiences while also developing practical tools to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and build a more grounded and confident sense of self.

Our first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll spend time building rapport, talking about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and any important history that may help me better understand your experiences and needs. This is your time, and you are always in control of what you choose to share. There is no pressure to open up all at once — you can talk about as much or as little as you feel ready for. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving at your own pace
