Great to meet you!

I hold a M.Ed. in Counseling with a dual specialty in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor experienced in working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, anger management, career counseling, academic counseling, and life transitions. My area of expertise focuses on working with Millennials to heal past trauma, break generational curses, manage mental health, and navigate pressures of adulthood.

My approach to therapy

I believe blending the use of best practice therapies vs one therapy fits all approach. Cookie-cutter recipes have no place in the therapeutic relationship, as I believe each person needs their own unique set of ingredients and instructions. I believe in meeting clients where they are while aiding, increasing motivation, and fostering hope.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe and professional environment in each and every session. They can expect to feel heard, gain insight, and take away tools to improve their overall mental health.
