Great to meet you!

Brittney Marshall is a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree, in the State of Texas. I have worked with various populations to include children, adolescents, and adults since 2018. My specialization is working with clients to help them lead healthier lives and heal symptoms of Trauma, Anxiety, Stress, and Depression. Therapy provides several benefits to include improved mental health, enhanced coping skills, personal growth, resolution, and empowerment.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in therapy approaches that aim to help individuals reduce suffering and distress; manage and cope with difficult emotions; change unhealthy behaviors; build stronger relationships; find work-life balance; promote self-awareness; and improve their ability to function.

What you can expect from me

The initial session we will identify your specific goals for therapy and create a plan. Throughout therapy, we will target areas of distress and work to reduce negative symptoms and increase your overall wellbeing. At the conclusion of therapy, clients often express the relief they experience. Clients who return years later for maintenance and preventive measures often report how helpful therapy was and how much their lives improved as a result of it.
