Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) supporting adults and older adolescents (16+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and burnout.

I specialize in helping clients who may feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns and habits, or disconnected from themselves (often functioning well externally while struggling internally).

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, gain clarity, and feel understood without pressure or judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and insight-oriented, combining emotional awareness with practical tools. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and somatic awareness, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I help clients identify emotional patterns, explore core beliefs, strengthen coping skills, and build self-trust. I am an active therapist offering reflection, gentle challenge, and guidance, while moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

My focus is helping clients move beyond surface-level coping toward lasting clarity, balance, and intentional change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and conversational space where we’ll focus on what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, patterns, and current stressors, while making sure you feel comfortable and supported.

There is no pressure to share everything right away. Together, we’ll begin clarifying goals and exploring what therapy might look like moving forward. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.
