Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, often described as “the calm during the storm.” I provide a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. My practice focuses on supporting adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, trauma-informed therapy, and post-adoption. I am also a Certified Grief Educator, having completed specialized training led by renowned grief expert David Kessler.

My goal is to help clients build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and create a meaningful path toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is tailored to empower clients to create meaningful change in their lives. I take an eclectic and holistic approach, drawing from various modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I strive to create a flexible, personalized experience that fosters growth, healing, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a safe and welcoming space where they feel comfortable and heard. I focus on building a strong rapport by learning about your concerns, goals, and unique experiences. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and begin laying the foundation for an effective treatment plan. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
