Great to meet you!

Brittney Washington, LPC-S, LCDC-CI, CLC

Life can feel like a never-ending to-do list, and no matter how much you check off, it still feels like you’re barely keeping up. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.

I’m Brittney Washington, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-CI), and Certified Life Coach (CLC) with over six years of experience helping professionals, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and high-achievers navigate ADHD, anxiety, burnout, stress, life transitions, and imposter syndrome. My passion is helping people who are used to handling everything but now feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’ve lost control of their own lives.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, I take a practical, down-to-earth approach to help clients get clear on what’s keeping them stuck and develop a plan to move forward in a way that works for them.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” therapy. My approach is real, structured, and solution-focused, but also warm and supportive. Therapy with me isn’t just about venting (unless that’s what you need that day!)—it’s about getting clarity, identifying patterns, and building sustainable strategies that actually fit your life.

I use CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help clients shift negative thinking, manage stress, and create real, lasting change. I specialize in working with ADHD, high-functioning anxiety, burnout, and stress management, particularly for professionals and business owners juggling multiple responsibilities.

Sessions with me are a mix of self-reflection, problem-solving, and actionable steps, so you always leave with something tangible to work on.

What you can expect from me

Expect a no-judgment zone where you can finally stop spinning your wheels and start making progress. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better temporarily—it’s to help you create real systems and strategies so that you’re not constantly overwhelmed, distracted, or stretched too thin.

By working with me, you’ll learn how to:

Recognize and break unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck

-Manage stress, anxiety, and burnout in a way that actually works for you

-Create structure in the chaos—especially if you struggle with ADHD or organization

-Build confidence and self-trust so you stop second-guessing yourself

-Feel more in control of your life without feeling like you have to “do it all”

I currently offer virtual sessions throughout the week and in-person appointments on Tuesdays.

If you’re ready for therapy that’s real, actionable, and actually helps you move forward, let’s do the work together.
