Great to meet you!

As an LPC-MHSP, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to a healthier and stable life. There are many challenges that we face in life and finding the right angle to approach these challenges can be one of the hardest parts. I am so glad to be a service to you and to be part of your transition and journey! I have worked in Crisis intervention for 10 years and have worked with clients and families with various Mental Health Diagnosis. Ages 5-65, welcome!

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I am here to listen! When it comes to meeting your needs there is not a uniform cookie cutter approach that should be used the same with every client. You deserve a customized and individualized approach to care. It’s important to me that we communicate openly, and that we create a comfortable and safe space to talk, learn, grow. I’ll be there to empower, challenge, and support you along the way on your therapeutic Journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first introductory session, I would like to warm up and get to know each other a little. I would love to hear your story about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve in therapy. This would help me get a feel for your personality and how to coordinate with you to meet these goals. I am very down to earth and strive to create an open, empathetic and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. Following our introduction session, we will discuss scheduling future sessions, and we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
