Great to meet you!

A mind-body approach enhances self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. Therapy is most effective when strengths are identified and used as the foundation of our work. We will set goals for well-being and engage in activities that empower you. In a fast-paced world, prioritizing kindness towards ourselves and our surroundings can be incredibly beneficial. This approach has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression while increasing self-esteem and creativity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients using a compassionate and strength-based approach while incorporating a style of counseling that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and somatic awareness.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy can assist in learning about your past and present self to create opportunities to identify future self-potential. My goal is to assist clients in building a toolbox of skills to increase their self-compassion, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and improved motivation so they can feel aligned with their most authentic selves.
