Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting individuals in recovery from narcissistic abuse and adult children of addicts. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, family difficulties, boundary issues, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their authentic self, strengthen their mind-body connection, and create a life aligned with their values. To me, therapy is an amazing, expansive space to deepen self-exploration. I work best with clients who are ready to expand their self-awareness, examine underlying family dynamics and patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My style is warm, mindful, and collaborative. I act as a supportive guide using primarily a family systems approach, with elements of somatic therapy, mindfulness and ACT (values-driven focus). I don’t give quick advice—instead, we slow down and listen to your inner wisdom, building skills to support clarity, calm, and emotional resilience.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, exploratory, and collaborative. I act as a supportive guide using primarily a family systems approach, with elements of somatic therapy, mindfulness and ACT (values-driven focus). What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what brought you here and what you hope will change. I’ll ask meaningful questions, go at your pace, and create a space that feels grounded and safe. My intention is for you to feel heard, supported, and understood as we begin shaping goals that reflect your needs, values, and story.
