Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges? I’m deeply committed to helping people identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them—whether they’re dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, past trauma, or just feeling stuck. My approach is flexible and rooted in what you need, blending different therapeutic styles to support real, lasting growth. I especially enjoy working with women navigating anxiety, high school teens, and anyone looking to live a more grounded, present life. Therapy with me is about more than just coping—it’s about healing and thriving.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, and trauma, and I’m trained in EMDR (a powerful approach for trauma reprocessing) as well as certified in religious trauma. I also draw from other evidence-based modalities to help you build practical skills for everyday life. I create a warm, non-judgmental space that is empathetic, culturally sensitive, and supportive of wherever you are on your journey. I believe therapy should be accessible, inclusive, and focused on helping you heal at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to better understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll work on identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck and explore new ways of coping and connecting. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating a life transition, or managing daily stress, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
