Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Master's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been practicing for 8 years. I primarily work with adults who struggle with interpersonal issues and co-occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

I take pride in delivering a holistic and integrative approach to treatment. This allows consideration of all cognitive, emotional, behavioral, social and lifestyle factors of well-being versus solely targeting presentation of symptoms. These evidence-based practices guarantee a truly tailored therapeutic experience for my resilient clients, lending an overall improvement in life quality.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with an introductory session where you have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will review informed consent/confidentiality agreements as well as general overview of therapeutic structure. My primary focus is to build rapport with new clients while gathering historical information for assessment and diagnostic purposes. We will then explore specific challenges that you are currently facing to create a personalized treatment plan to work through in follow-up sessions. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment that affirms goals, facilitates healing and fosters growth!
