Great to meet you!

From the outside, you seem like you’re thriving—you’re successful, dependable, and the one everyone leans on. But inside, you may feel anxious, stuck, or exhausted from keeping it all together. That “strong friend” role can feel heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

I’m Brittny Hall, LCSW, and I help women—especially women of color and high-achievers—work through anxiety, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and burnout. My style is warm but direct: I’ll listen deeply, ask the hard questions, and walk with you as you discover new ways to cope and grow. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, but therapy with me isn’t about jargon—it’s about creating a safe space where you can breathe, reflect, and take real steps forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients describe our sessions as supportive yet transformative. Whether we’re untangling unhelpful thought patterns, practicing healthier boundaries, or rebuilding self-trust, my goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and fully yourself again.
