Great to meet you!

Hi there, a little about myself. I am a clinical psychologist, husband, and Air Force Veteran. I graduated with my doctorate from Xavier University and completed my clinical psychology doctoral internship at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. I am passionate about helping individuals identify unique needs and strengths, and develop a personalized-plan to move you closer to where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

Beginning psychotherapy, I like to learn about what matters most to you, current and historical challenges, and identify appropriate goals. I gravitate towards an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy orientation; however, we will approach treatment in a way that makes most sense for you. I have experience in many different modalities and will utilize what works best for your needs.

What you can expect from me

I strive to build a therapeutic relationship that is based on openness, respect, and safety. I want to know about your strengths, as well as where you hope to grow. Life never stops throwing us curve balls. In my practice, I work to foster an environment in which we can lean into difficult conversations and develop helpful skills to navigate life's stress.
