I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Christian counselor in the state of Texas. I serve clients from ages 16 to 99. I have had great success working with clients with anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, and women's issues. I have been in private practice since 2007

I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, mindfulness, and more. As a Certified Christian counselor, I offer spiritual perspectives to clients who value their faith as an essential component of their healing process. This integration of faith and counseling allows for a holistic approach to mental well-being.
