Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) and am passionate about listening and creating a safe space for each individual. I value every person and tailor my approach to your goals and needs. I incorporate motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to support and educate you, helping you see and use your strengths.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach and partner with you to enhance your strengths. I have experience working with a range of issues, including chronic mental health symptoms, anxiety, depression, relationships, adjustment, and substance use. My aim is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach your best self.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is mainly an intake and assessment. You can expect to complete some administrative paperwork, discuss what brings you to therapy, and answer questions about your personal health history. It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if you feel that I am a good fit for your needs.
