Great to meet you!

I'm a Utah native who studied at the University of Utah in Pesychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I've worked primarily in substance abuse and addiction, which includes depression, anxiety, family issues, and communication - all the things that come with it. In my 11 years or practice, I've picked up a lot along the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe the change process can be one of discovery and intrigue, so therapy with me will be fun! I'm into independence and self-mastery, values that have guided my own life, and will likely show up in therapy in helping you decide what you want in your life and how that is unique to you. I'm the opposite of a "one size fits all" type of therapist.

What you can expect from me

During initial assessment, which means answering alllll the questions so I can get to know you better, we'll explore what you want to achieve by goal setting throughout and then discuss how we might best do this in a style that fits you.
