Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor and a master addiction counselor. I believe that good health includes mental health and that being of a sound mind with healthy coping skills is crucial to experiencing joy and stability. No one is immune to the struggles of life, and it takes great courage to reach out for help. I've been practicing for 10 years and would love to help you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

Everyone comes to the table with unique lived experiences, and I believe that treatment should be individualized to each client's needs. I like to take a holistic approach to therapy as I believe mind, body, and spirit are integrated. It is important to me that you feel heard and respected and that we collaborate together to help you reach your mental health goals. There will be times that I challenge you, but will also be supporting you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an assessment session to give you time to share your story and for us to develop goals for therapy. It is my job to make you feel comfortable, safe and respected throughout the process. We will then have follow up sessions to make those goals a reality.
