Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here and taking this meaningful first step for yourself. If you’re seeking support, a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, or a place to learn and grow, it would be an honor to walk alongside you in that process. I enjoy supporting people through life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and moments when they’re simply wanting to feel more content, confident, and grounded in themselves. My approach to therapy is genuine, judgment-free, and centered on you as the expert of your own experience. Choosing to begin therapy is a brave and empowering step toward greater self-awareness

I have always been a helper at heart and genuinely enjoy getting to know people. It is an honor to walk alongside someone through life’s many challenges and transitions. I am committed to supporting and guiding you as you explore, learn, and grow—wherever your journey may lead.

My approach to therapy

I believe the most effective therapy is rooted in a safe, trusting relationship—one where you feel free to show up as your most authentic self. Because therapy can feel vulnerable at times, that sense of trust and connection is essential. I strive to be a genuine, empathetic counselor who offers a secure and supportive space, especially when it gets hard.

What you can expect from me

A first session is meant to get to know each other so you can feel safe and comfortable with me and I can learn more about you and what you are seeking in therapy. It's a meeting to make sure I am a good fit for you and that we could work well together.
