Great to meet you!

Greetings,

I'm Brooke Ayoub, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.

I earned my Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University and completed an Advanced Graduate Certification in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Buffalo.

I also have a holistic background as a yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and an Ayurvedic practitioner. These practices have deepened my understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

Are you ready to make meaningful changes in your life but feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or a lack of support? Perhaps you’re navigating a new direction after an unexpected life event, or you simply need a space to work through daily challenges. If you’re looking to confront your inner critic, gain insight into your emotions, and take actionable steps forward, I offer a safe and supportive environment to explore solutions. What sets my practice apart is my unique blend of Western and Eastern approaches. I specialize in behavior and lifestyle changes, goal achievement, anxiety, and life transitions.

By combining evidence-based Western therapeutic techniques with Eastern philosophies, I empower you to cultivate a holistic, values-driven life that aligns with your true self. In our collaboration, we will establish clear goals and focus on reshaping your environment, modifying behaviors, reframing thoughts, and rewriting your narrative to foster growth.

My approach incorporates modalities like EMDR, CBT, Crisis Intervention, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness, while tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship.

We'll talk about what brought you to therapy what you're experiencing right now, and what you hope to gain from counseling,

I'll take the time to learn about your background, your strengths, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we'll identify the area you would like to work on and begin developing goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.

My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

I am looking forward to working with you.
