I enjoy meeting with a variety of clients from 18-99, and I assist with a variety of presenting issues. My specialities are grief, chronic illness/cancer, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I've spent the past 10 years working with clients of various ages and presenting issues.
I approach therapy from a more laid-back perspective, asking questions to allow you to explore your own emotions while challenging you as needed. I strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all of my clients.
Once again, I strive to provide a comfortable atmosphere from day 1. I prefer to start where the client would like to start, whether that be with the presenting issue or starting with a history.
