Great to meet you!

Life can change in ways you never expected. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the challenges that come with a major life transition, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about what comes next. You don't have to figure it all out on your own, and meaningful healing is possible. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ+, and major life transitions so they can regain a sense of stability, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater confidence. With more than 10 years of experience, I work with teenagers, adults, and seniors, creating a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide both a safe place to process life's challenges and practical strategies that help you continue growing long after our sessions end. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building healthier ways of coping that fit your unique goals, strengths, and values. My approach incorporates Reality Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy because every client deserves an approach tailored to their individual story rather than a one size fits all solution. Together, we can work through trauma, relationship issues, stress management, emotional regulation, self esteem concerns, family conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, always adapting therapy to meet your individual needs and support meaningful, lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine compassion while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're healing after a loss, adjusting to a major life transition, working through anxiety or depression, or simply hoping to feel more like yourself again, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends.
