Great to meet you!

If your mind feels stuck in loops of worry, “what ifs,” or overwhelming anxiety, you’re not alone. You might be dealing with OCD, panic, social anxiety, or constant stress that makes it hard to feel present or in control. It can be exhausting trying to manage it all on your own. Therapy can be a space where things finally start to feel more manageable. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to take meaningful steps toward relief and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I use CBT, ERP, and DBT to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how to shift patterns that are keeping you stuck. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, because feeling safe, understood, and supported is key to meaningful progress. We’ll work as a team to create a plan that fits you and helps you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and feel heard. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to change, and what matters most to you. You’ll have space to ask questions and start identifying your goals and values. From there, we’ll begin mapping out a path forward so you can start feeling relief and gaining tools right away.
