Great to meet you!

I have many years experience working with teens and adults in various settings. Currently, I provide individual virtual telehealth psychotherapy and EMDR. I received a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas where I majored in sociology. I attended Texas State University for my graduate program where I studied clinical mental health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is also Nationally Certified and EMDR trained.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy by taking the whole person into account and meet the client where they are currently. I believe the client knows what is best for them. I help them explore their inner voice and bring it into focus. Depending on client fit, I might incorporate EMDR, IFS, or CBT strategies.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a greater understanding of themselves and what coping strategies best suit them.
