Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Brooke Brown, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with four years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from Nova Southeastern University.

In my work, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, daily life stress, adjustment disorders, and relational issues, whether romantic or familial. I’m particularly passionate about working with adolescents and young adults—supporting them through transitions, identity development, and emotional growth.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you’re experiencing a specific struggle or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together to build the tools and insight you need to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Please message me for full availability and to schedule a session! Thank you!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, welcoming, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, validated, and accepted—a space where you can bring your full self without fear of judgment. At the same time, I believe in the importance of gentle challenge and personal growth. Together, we’ll work to explore not only what’s holding you back, but also what’s possible for you moving forward.

I focus on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical coping skills to manage life’s difficulties. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or major life changes, our work will center around helping you feel more empowered, balanced, and connected.

You don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself, equipped with tools and insight to overcome challenges and create lasting, positive change.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where they feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I work with you to establish both short-term and long-term goals, tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Each week, we’ll check in on your progress, adjust goals as needed, and celebrate growth—no matter how big or small.

Early on, we’ll focus on building trust, understanding your story, and identifying the areas of life you’d like to improve. From there, we’ll work together to develop insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and implement practical tools to support you in everyday life.

Between sessions, I often provide coping strategies and interventions—such as mindfulness practices, journaling prompts, grounding techniques, or communication tools—so that the work we do in therapy continues to support you throughout the week. These skills can help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate relationships more effectively.

Over time, clients typically walk away with a stronger sense of self, increased resilience, and a clearer path forward. Whether your goals are to reduce anxiety, improve relationships, or gain a better understanding of yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.
