Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges and feel more connected to who they are. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of where they’re going. I hope to create a space where you feel supported in exploring what matters most to you and gaining greater clarity and confidence moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. My work is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives along with CBT, ACT, DBT, and other approaches. Together, we’ll explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools based on your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you: what brings you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out or even know exactly where to begin. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself while we identify what feels most important to you and begin figuring out where we go from here.
