Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brooke, LCSW, offering evening and weekend therapy sessions. With a Master of Social Work, I began my career as a crisis social worker and have since specialized in supporting individuals with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as substance misuse. My approach is compassionate, solution-focused, and person-centered, with the goal of empowering clients to overcome challenges, develop coping strategies, increase self-compassion and promote lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

I understand that reaching out for help can feel like a big step, and it’s not always easy to navigate the challenges life brings. I want you to know that you’re not alone in this process. My approach is rooted in compassion, and I’m here to support you every step of the way, with a focus on your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're facing mental health challenges, substance use concerns, or just need someone to talk to, we’ll work together to create meaningful solutions that empower you. If you’re ready to take that step toward healing and growth, I’d love to connect with you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m here to help.
