Great to meet you!

If you’ve spent years caring for others while quietly setting your own needs aside, you’re not alone. I provide a gentle, supportive space where women in midlife can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with themselves. I help clients navigate menopause transitions, trauma, anxiety, and identity changes with compassion and practical tools. Together, we create room for healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I provide warm, trauma-informed therapy using CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients regulate emotions, process trauma, and build practical coping tools. I specialize in supporting women navigating midlife transitions, menopause, identity shifts, and relationship concerns while helping clients reconnect with their voice and advocate for their needs.

What you can expect from me

It’s completely normal to feel anxious before a first therapy appointment. There is no “right way” to do this. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the right words. The first session is simply a conversation where we begin understanding what you’re going through and what support you need. We move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
