Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in trauma, attachment, and stress related disorders. I work with people navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, chronic pain, medical concerns, ADHD, autism, and trauma in its many forms. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we can make space for your experiences, explore what may be shaping your present, and work toward greater understanding, connection, and change.

My approach to therapy

With warmth and authencity, I weave together evidence-based methods and trauma-informed healing practices grounded in attachment, mindfulness, body-oriented therapies, and ecotherapy. This integrative framework supports a deep and lasting transformation, focusing on healing the nervous system while honoring the full complexity of what it means to be human.

What you can expect from me

I believe deeply in your capacity for resilience and growth. Together, we can work on building a stronger connection with yourself, deepening your relationships with others, and find new ways to engage with the world around you.
