Great to meet you!

I have years of experience working with clients to develop and grow into the best versions of themselves. I specialize in working with adolescents and teens, but I also love working with college students and adults. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and have a wide range of tools and knowledge to help out on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach, meaning I cater the treatment style to meet each individual's needs. I incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, experiential therapy, art therapy, and play therapy. Therapy is not a one size fits all experience, so I like to take the time to work with you to discover what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where we work together to help you achieve your goals. I take a team-approach, combining education, insight, and practical strategies to help you gain clarity and make meaningful progress. My style is interactive and tailored to your needs, blending encouragement, honest reflection, and a bit of humor to keep things light when needed. My goal is for you to feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the tools to navigate challenges and create lasting change.
