Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about mental health and assisting others on their healing journey so much that I made it my full-time career. I received a M.A. in Counseling from Houston Christian University, a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis and a certificate in Play Therapy both from Capella University.

My approach to therapy

I’m a warm, solution-focused therapist who helps clients create meaningful change by combining practical strategies with mindfulness-based tools. My approach centers on understanding what matters most to you and supporting you in reaching your goals with clarity and confidence. I strive to create a calm, compassionate space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting connection. I’ll invite you to share some background information about yourself, your experiences, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what you hope to gain from our work and begin identifying meaningful goals to guide the process. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what our time together will look like and how we can move forward in a way that supports your growth.
