Great to meet you!

I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social work. Prior to earning my master's degree, I studied Music Therapy and Psychology at Berklee College of Music. After finishing my undergraduate Degree at Berklee I worked as a Music Therapist at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and then worked for two years at an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital in LA. Working as a Music Therapist was fulfilling but left me feeling like I wanted to help get at the root of my client's trauma and have a deeper impact on their lives. After finishing my Master's I worked as a family therapist for a preventative program funded by Child Protective Services, I then transitioned to a group practice based in Brooklyn serving a diverse client caseload. I have now been working in private practice for over four years working primarily with women with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism and body-image related issues.

My approach to therapy

I hold a deep belief that all people are inherently worthy of love, compassion, and belonging. To facilitate deep change, I employ modalities such as somatic therapy, mindfulness, parts work, self-compassion practices, and EMDR to support nervous system regulation, heal early wounds, and restore a sense of inner safety and self-trust. My intention is to help clients cultivate an embodied sense of self-worth and radical self-acceptance, so they can move through life with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity, ultimately coming home to themselves.

What you can expect from me

I offer a thoughtfully held, intimate space for deep healing, where the therapeutic relationship is central to the work. Clients are welcomed in their wholeness, every part, including those that feel tender, complex, or deeply protected. These parts are met with attuned presence, compassion and care. This level of safety and acceptance allows meaningful, lasting transformation to unfold.
