Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brooke. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore life's challenges, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools to support your growth and well-being. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and client-centered. In our first session we will explore what brings you to therapy and your goals. Together we will build on your strengths, consider the systems that shape your life, and create strategies that support healing, resilience, and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions you can expect greater self-awareness, practical coping tools, and encouragement to face challenges with confidence. You will leave with strategies tailored to your needs and the support to build resilience, foster empowerment, and create meaningful change.
